Black Creek Leisure Homes is a beautiful retirement community nestled in a premier country setting between the Niagara River and Black Creek, just a few minutes' drive south of world-famous Niagara Falls. Phase 2 is our most recently developed sector, situated to the east of the main complex, directly across Black Creek Trail. It consists of 22 lots, of which 15 are waterfront and 7 back onto a line of well-grown trees. All of these lots have approximately 50-ft frontage, and are up to 168 ft deep. Lots 8 through 11 are wedge-shaped with the wide edge accessing the water. |

Our community is ideally located for convenient access to all the amenities and activities available in the Niagara Region. Immediately adjacent to us is the International Country Club 27-hole Golf Course, and another 35 golf courses are within short driving distance. The Fort Erie Race Track and Slots is a short hop up the highway, along with several marinas, beaches, and Lake Erie sport fishing. Close by there are hospitals, churches, libraries, and city shopping, along with theatres, fine dining, and sporting clubs and facilities. The U.S. border crossing is only minutes away, and another hour's drive will take you to some of Western New York's finest ski resorts.
